Associate Business Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business challenges, and support the delivery of impactful solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Coordination, or a related domain.
- Familiarity with requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and Agile methodologies is preferred.
Added Advantages
- Prior knowledge or exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
- Professional qualifications such as CIMA, CIM, ECBA, CBAP, or equivalent certifications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyze business problems, conduct feasibility analysis, and recommend practical and effective solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare requirement artifacts, including wireframes, user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, activity diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to align business needs with solution requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Support the Business Analysis process throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and communicated.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting in test scenario creation, validating business requirements, and coordinating stakeholder feedback.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and structured documentation to facilitate decision-making.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business domains.
