Senior HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Identify recruitment needs in consultation with internal stakeholders
  • Develop and execute technology-based recruitment strategies for different technical positions
  • Preapare job advertisements and publish in job posting and social media platforms
  • Facilitate CV shortlisting, initial screening and interview scheduling
  • Responsible for onboarding process, handling timely and accurate onboarding documentation and reference checks
  • Conduct company Induction for new recruits
  • Take part in career fairs and university engagement events
  • Maintain relationships with potential candidates, headhunters and recruitment partners

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree/ diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Proven work experience in talent acquisition in software/ technology industry
  • Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process with various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
