We are looking for outstanding individuals who can utilize industry expertise and Zone24x7 product/service offerings to provide diverse business solutions for potential customers while understanding their business domains, challenges, and opportunities. The selected candidate would be a part of the Zone24x7 Business Development Team.
- Manage multiple business solutions (presales projects) in parallel.
- Create winning business solutions, proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, etc.
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers/opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to get the necessary support for the business solution process.
- Focus to maximize the customer value proposition/ROI when providing the solutions
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of work according to stakeholder expectations.
- Build a good professional relationship with customers.
- Work under minimum supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent professional qualifications.
- MBA and/or professional qualifications such as CIMA, PMP would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 02 years of experience in a similar role or capacity and a minimum of 05 years of experience in the industry.
- Excellent communication/presentation, negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships and networking.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
