Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office facility related requirements and ensure completion in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with vendors for office equipment and other related procurements
  • Handle service provider agreements
  • Support inward and outward shipments including the clearing process
  • Support handling of travel arrangements of associates
  • Coordinate medical insurance benifit of associates

Qualifications

  • Good command of English
  • 2 Years experience in a similar field
