Head of Human Resources

We seek a motivated individual to lead the Human Resources function in a dynamic, high-growth business context.

The head of Human Resources will contribute to the company’s growth and development through effective strategic architecting and tactical delivery of the human resources function. 

Based on a deep understanding of the business needs, company culture, and associates, this individual is responsible for developing and executing all human resources-related planning, compliance, execution, and strategic efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy into a people strategy, in line with the organization’s vision, culture, and business needs and proactively support and add value in delivering business objectives.
  • Drive a best-in-class performance-based HR culture that has the capability to change and adapt as the environment and competitive context changes in the industry.
  • Collaborate, consult, and advise business leaders on all Human Resources aspects to address organizational challenges and ensure high engagement and performance.
  • Act as the key driver of HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR operations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Monitor and align to trends in people analytics, HR best practices, and HR systems.
  • Lead organizational development activities to develop and enhance current organizational capabilities, focused on helping the business grow and operate more efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management, operating in a business-focused HR leader capacity, preferably in the IT Industry.
  • Deep understanding of HR policies, employment practices, and employment laws with a proven track record for creating and implementing HR initiatives.
  • Thoroughly diagnosing complex problems using critical thinking skills and devising innovative solutions.
  • Highly adaptable to changing priorities and ability to adeptly pivot to meet emerging needs in a fast-paced environment.
