Associate/Consultant – Business Solutions

We are looking for outstanding individuals who can utilize industry expertise and Zone24x7 product/service offerings to provide diverse business solutions for potential customers while understanding their business domains, challenges, and opportunities. The selected candidate would be a part of the Zone24x7 business development team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute multiple business solutions (presales projects) in parallel
  • Create winning business solutions, proposals, SOWs, RFP-Responses, etc..
  • Work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers/opportunities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to get the necessary support for the business solution process
  • Focus to maximize the customer value proposition/ROI when providing the solutions
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of work according to stakeholder expectations
  • Capture the cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for existing customers
  • Present products and service offerings to prospective customers as needed
  • Build a good professional relationship with customers
  • Work under minimum supervision

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
  • MBA and/or professional qualifications such as CIMA, PMP would be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or capacity and minimum of 7 years of experience in the industry
  • Excellent communication/presentation, negotiation skills and ability to build relationships and networking
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and has the drive
