General Job Duties:
- Actively seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with relevant organizations.
- Present/introduce Zone24x7 to potential clients.
- High-Level understanding of software solutions and enthusiasm to learn and sell new technology solutions.
- Identify clients’ needs, and suggest appropriate products/services and customizations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Work effectively and efficiently with internal business development and leadership teams.
- Achieve the KPIs the management sets based on a well-defined business plan.
- Responsible for account management, payment collection follow-up, and reporting.
- Minimum of 05 years of experience.
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing.
- Sociable personality, confident speaking with contacts at all levels, and able to make great first impressions.
- Proven solutions sales experience.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets/KPIs.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge.
